A ground-floor apartment with a private street entrance and an adjacent green garden, the space feels almost rural — despite being in the heart of Tel Aviv. Located in a preserved Bauhaus building post-renovation (TAMA 38), the layout was reconfigured to prioritize openness: two lounge areas, kitchen, and office in one continuous space, while the bedroom remains minimal and discreet.
Materials are consistent and honest: exposed 3.4m ceilings, polished concrete floors, and a palette of concrete, steel, wood, and glass. The aesthetic merges mid-century modern with contemporary art and industrial-brutalist accents, balanced by vintage elements like original 1970s tiles and a 1960s green rug.
